Constantine Spivak
Division President

Constantine started with MileOne in 2003 as a General Sales Manager. He then became Division President in January of 2016.



Hal Perez
Division Sales Director

Hal joined MileOne 26 years ago. He progressed from a Sales Associate up through
the ranks to Division Sales Director; a role he has held since 2016.


Michael Barnes
Division Sales Director

Michael joined MileOne as a Division Sales Director in February of 2017, having previously worked as a Senior General Manager in Delaware.


Dan Matysek
Division Sales Director

Dan has worked in the auto industry for 20 years. He joined the MileOne team in 2016 as a General Sales Manager at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills and worked his way to his current position in 2019.



Mike Zalowski
Division Service Director

Mike began his career at MileOne as a Service Department Assistant over
40 years ago and has held
the position of Division
Service Director for 10 years.





Mike Schildt
Division Parts Director

Mike has worked with
MileOne for over 30 years.
He began as a Parts Counter Person and now manages multiple service departments.





Andrew Cohen
Division Service Director

Andrew joined MileOne in his current role in 2019, but started in the automotive industry as a lot attendant almost 20 years ago and worked his way up as an Inventory Manager, Service Advisor and General Manager before his current role as Service Director.
